This month we will have David Jones\, CEO of Diversity of Thought as Keynote Speaker talking about "D.E.I. is a solution\, not a problem!"\n\n\n\nThe topic of Diversity\, Equity\, and Inclusion can be polarizing\, uncomfortable\, and sometimes scary\, but not this presentation. David uses the 3 E approach to all his presentations: Engaging\, Entertaining\, and Educational.  At DOTI we believe you cannot SHAME to change. During the presentation we will discuss WHY D.E.I. is helpful to our ourselves\, our organizations\, and our communities. We will also discuss what gets in our way of creating inclusive environments. Last\, we will talk about some of the DEI efforts that are happening across Brevard County. \n\n \nEnjoy lunch while networking with friends\, new members\, local businesses\, and city officials from different cities of the area. This is our premier networking event\, so invite a colleague and bring your business cards.
