DESCRIPTION:In recognition of National Healthcare Decisions Day (NHDD) on April 16\, St. Francis Hospice Foundation is hosting two Lifestage Care Planning sessions to educate the community about advance care planning. These informative sessions are designed to empower individuals and families to make their healthcare wishes known and provide valuable insights into estate planning\, financial preparation\, and caregiving support.\n\nEach seminar will run for approximately 1.5 hours and will feature an estate planning and elder law attorney\, a financial advisor\, and an expert on the Five Wishes advance directive\, along with caregiver education. These sessions are purely educational\, with no sales pitches. Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage with speakers after the seminar for further discussion and questions.\n\nSession Details:\n\n	April 15\, 6:00 PM   Parasol Melbourne (4881 Dairy Rd\, Melbourne\, FL 32904)\n\n	This session will be presented in Spanish. Speakers include Estate Attorney Jennifer Altreche Gonzalez\, Esq.\, Wealth Advisor Rubinstein "Ruby" Scotland\, and St. Francis Hospice Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ryan Chapman\, who will discuss aging and caregiving.\n	April 17\, 6:00 PM   Heritage Hall (931 N. Washington Ave.\, Titusville\, FL 32796)\n\n	This event is hosted in partnership with the Jess Parrish Medical Foundation. Speakers include Estate Planning and Probate Attorney Christopher Broome\, Esq.\, Wealth Coach Kasey J. Claytor\, and St. Francis Hospice Social Worker Debbie Shepherd\, MSW\, LCSW\, ACHP-SW\, who will provide insights on caring for the caregiver.\n\n These events are free to the community.
