SUMMARY:Running Zone Spring into Fitness Challenge
DESCRIPTION:Local cities\, organizations\, and community groups in Brevard County are challenging their citizens to get involved in healthy competition. Families are encouraged to participate together in the FREE eight-week challenge and track their minutes of exercise. The winning team will be awarded "Most Fit Team". Registration is available on Eventbrite or on Facebook at Running Zone Spring into Fitness Challenge. Random prize drawings will be held each week for participants to report their minutes. Weekly health education classes will be held on ZOOM and then posted on the Spring into Fitness Facebook. Be sure to attend the kick-off event on Saturday\, February 11\, 2023.
