Crystal Plain is a U.S. Air Force veteran, accomplished entrepreneur, technology leader, and community advocate with more than 20 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, and private industry. She is the Founder and CEO of 3rd Star Resource & Consulting Group LLC, a woman-owned, minority-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and HUBZone-certified company specializing in technology solutions, program management, Agile delivery, workforce development, and responsible AI. Crystal is also the Founder and President of Black Brilliance on the Rooftop, a nonprofit dedicated to building culture, elevating commerce, and inspiring creativity. Through events, partnerships, professional development, and small-business grants, she creates opportunities for Black and minority entrepreneurs, creatives, and community leaders. An MBA graduate, wife, and mother, Crystal is committed to service, excellence, and building a lasting legacy.
