Cheryl Smith, also known as “The Lot Lady” has been a trusted local name in the Palm Bay Real Estate since 1984. In 1987, she opened Cheryl Smith Realty, Inc. in the City of Palm Bay – where the Port Malabar lots are located – so that she could be of greater service to her local and out-of-area clients and customers. Cheryl started her real estate career at the young age of 19. At age 21, she became a Real Estate Broker and at age 22, she opened her own office. For the first 22 years of her career, she specialized ONLY in listing and selling Palm Bay/Port Malabar vacant lots. She expanded in 2006 to become a full-service real estate office. She currently owns a prime office location in the heart of Palm Bay and works with home listings and sales, rentals, tenant placement, property management and of course, she is still selling lots of lots!
