Dr. Doaks was the first in her family to go to college. She attended Northwestern State University where she received bachelor’s degree in business. She furthered her education, receiving an MBA from Webster University and an Ed.D. from UCF. Dr. Doaks was a Mutual Fund Trader at R. W. Baird, was a Trust Services and Vault Manager at US Bank, worked as a Grant Accountant & Accounting Supervisor at EFSC, as well as being a full-time faculty and adjunct in the Business/Education Department. She served the community of Cocoa as the Community Partnership School Director at Endeavour Elementary. She currently is the Director of Elevate Brevard. Dr. Doaks has 3 daughters. Che’ graduated cum laude from the UF with dual degrees in psychology and anthropology. Cheyenne graduated from the UCF with an English degree and now teaches English at Cocoa High School. And Keliyah is headed to the USF. She also has 2 grandsons, Cisco & Coda
