Kaely never imagined a career in employee benefits. Watching her mom build and run an agency, she saw the long hours and responsibility and was convinced she wanted a different path. After a brief time in the corporate world, however, she realized she wanted work that was more meaningful and people-focused. What began as a reluctant step into the family business quickly became her own passion.

Over the past nine years, Kaely has helped employers and employees better understand and navigate their benefits. She is passionate about making benefits clear, approachable, and meaningful so people feel informed, supported, and confident in their coverage.

Outside of work, Kaely enjoys traveling, reading, and running. Most of all, she loves being a mom to her daughter, Mia, and dog mom to her Aussie, Rosie.

Before Jay Farley became ThirdWave’s Medicare Specialist, he spent his career as an Ophthalmic Technician, OSHA Coordinator, and Trainer, helping patients navigate the world of eyes with a genuine love for getting people the answers they needed. The transition to Medicare was a natural next chapter: the same detail-oriented, client-first energy, applied to one of the most consequential insurance decisions a person will ever make. Jay has a gift for making Medicare feel less like a maze and more like a plan. When he’s not untangling Medicare options, he’s home with his wife Kelsey and their new baby girl.

Dixie Kuehn joined Harbor Financial Group in 2006 after a successful career in government sales. Seeking a more relationship-focused career, she transitioned into helping individuals and families navigate Medicare with personalized guidance and care. Over the years, her business has grown primarily through client referrals—a reflection of the trust she builds with those she serves. Known for her patience, compassion, and commitment, Dixie often goes beyond her professional role, whether helping clients get to medical appointments, preparing a meal, or simply being there when they need support. Outside of work, Dixie enjoys being active in her church, spending time with her two children and four grandchildren, and treasure hunting in antique shops whenever she gets the chance.

Kassidy began her career as a labor and delivery nurse, catching babies, supporting moms, and thriving in the beautiful chaos of a labor room. She loved it, but when she became a mom herself, she wanted a career that didn’t require her to miss bedtime quite so often. The hospital’s loss was our enormous gain, because Kassidy brought every ounce of her nursing precision, calm-under-pressure disposition, and genuine care for people straight into her role as account manager. She is, without question, the reason the trains run on time around here; she keeps our clients supported and our team sane. When she’s not working, she’s chasing her three little ones around the beach.

Lynne began her career in communications at NASA, where she famously—allegedly—found her way into a space shuttle cockpit for a brief moment. The story reflects her curiosity, boldness, and adventurous spirit.

In her early twenties, she spent a year as a missionary in Kenya teaching English at an orphanage, an experience that shaped her lifelong commitment to serving others with purpose and empathy.

After entering the employee benefits industry while raising a family, Lynne discovered a passion for helping employers build stronger workplaces through meaningful benefits. More than 30 years later, she continues to bring clarity, transparency, and advocacy to every client relationship.

Outside of work, Lynne enjoys being “Mimi” to her five grandchildren, volunteering at church, and keeping up with her two escape-artist huskies.
