*Section 2: Math in Cocoa will start 3/22-4/19/2021; exact nights & times TBA; $54)
The ParaPro Assessment measures the skills and knowledge in reading, writing and math possessed by prospective and practicing paraprofessionals/instructional assistants. It also measures their ability to apply those skills and knowledge when assisting in classroom instruction. It was designed to satisfy the requirements of the federally legislated No Child Left Behind Act.
- This class is for those interested in working as a paraprofessional (teacher's assistant) in a classroom who do not yet have a 2-year degree OR who are already working as a paraprofessional & want to brush up on skills).
- Class will be taught at Clearlake Education Center.
- This class covers reading & writing prep material for the ParaPro Assessment
- $54 includes ALL 9 class sessions of this reading & writing section.
