Behavior can be studied, measured and predicted.
Quarterbacks must be able to read defenses. Golfers must be able to read greens. Managers must be able to read people.  If you don't understand others, you will miss connecting with them resulting in unhappy customers, stressed-out employees and ineffective teams. When you learn to 'read' others, your relationships will flourish, your directions will be understood and your results will improve. By knowing the behavioral indicators, you will know how to treat others in the way they want to be treated. Ignoring signs and charging blindly ahead usually results in conflict, confusion, and crisis,  All because you don?t understand why others act the way they do. 
You will discover how to:
·         Hire the right person for the work to be done.
·         Increase customer service by making small changes with big results.
·         Motivate, communicate, compliment, counsel, and correct more easily.
·         Anticipate and reduce tension between behaviors.
For each of the basic behavior styles, you will learn:
·         An easy-to-use framework for classifying styles
·         The values, strengths, weaknesses, goals, motivators, focus and preferred pace of activity for each style
·         Action Plans to increase effectiveness
