Lifestage Care Planning - en Español
In recognition of National Healthcare Decisions Day (NHDD) on April 16, St. Francis Hospice Foundation is hosting two Lifestage Care Planning sessions to educate the community about advance care planning. These informative sessions are designed to empower individuals and families to make their healthcare wishes known and provide valuable insights into estate planning, financial preparation, and caregiving support.
Each seminar will run for approximately 1.5 hours and will feature an estate planning and elder law attorney, a financial advisor, and an expert on the Five Wishes advance directive, along with caregiver education. These sessions are purely educational, with no sales pitches. Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage with speakers after the seminar for further discussion and questions.
