Are you passionate about helping people, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in the insurance industry? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and supporting our team’s daily operations.

As a CSR, you’ll be the friendly voice our clients trust, assisting with policy updates, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

 

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist clients over the phone and in person

Process payments, policy changes, and certificates of insurance

Quoting New & Renewal Businesses

Follow up on renewals, cancellations, and carrier correspondence

Maintain accurate client records in our Agency Management System (AMS)

Respond to email and mail inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Work to retain clients by understanding their needs and resolving concerns

Collaborate with agents and team members to ensure smooth customer experience

Tasked assigned by management

Stay informed about insurance products, coverages, and industry updates

 

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Willingness to learn and grow within the industry

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Integrity and professionalism in all interactions

 

Licensing Requirement:

Must obtain a Florida 440 or 220 Property & Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of hire

The agency will cover the cost of the license with a signed agreement
