Are you passionate about helping people, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in the insurance industry? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and supporting our team’s daily operations. As a CSR, you’ll be the friendly voice our clients trust, assisting with policy updates, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist clients over the phone and in person 

• Process payments, policy changes, and certificates of insurance 

• Quoting New & Renewal Businesses 

• Follow up on renewals, cancellations, and carrier correspondence 

• Maintain accurate client records in our Agency Management System (AMS) 

• Respond to email and mail inquiries in a timely and professional manner 

• Work to retain clients by understanding their needs and resolving concerns 

• Collaborate with agents and team members to ensure smooth customer experience

• Tasked assigned by management 

• Stay informed about insurance products, coverages, and industry updates

Licensing Requirement: 

• Must obtain a Florida 440 or 220 Property & Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of hire
