Social Media Internship - Unpaid
About The Position:
- As an intern at Sky's The Limit Multimedia, you will gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and multimedia production. This internship is designed to provide valuable learning opportunities while assisting with a variety of tasks that support our social media and multimedia efforts.
Responsibilities: The Intern’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Email Marketing - Data Entry: Assist with managing and updating email marketing lists and databases. Ensure accuracy in data entry and organization.
- Social Media Posts: Help draft, schedule, and manage social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation/Graphic Design: Create engaging content, including graphics and infographics, using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Contribute to the visual and textual aspects of our social media and marketing materials.
- Video Editing: Assist with editing video content, including cutting clips, adding effects, and compiling multimedia projects for social media and client use.
- Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitors’ social media strategies and performance. Provide insights on their strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for our business.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and multimedia. Report on new tools, techniques, and industry developments.
- Engagement on Social Media Platforms: Monitor and engage with audience interactions on social media. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
- Project Coordination: Support the coordination of projects by scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and communicating between team members and clients.
- Campaign Ideas: Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns, content strategies, and promotional activities.
- Skill Development: Take initiative to learn about social media tools, marketing strategies, and multimedia production. Participate in training sessions and seek feedback to enhance skills.
- Event Assistance: Assist with planning and executing online events, webinars, and social media contests. Help with event promotion and logistical support
