Seeking Two Passionate, Licensed Cosmetologist &/or Barbers (Students about to graduate, encouraged to apply)

 
(Average Pay Range for Commission Based Stylist $15.55 - $21.00 per hour)

Part Time or Full Time Stylist and/or Barber
New to the industry and about to graduate, a licensed hairstylist or barber and eager to help our guest look and feel their best, JOIN OUR TEAM.  We are passionate about creating personalized experiences that exceed expectations, and we're looking for someone who shares that passion. Responsibilities

• Consult with guests to determine their haircare needs and desired style
• Cut, style, and color hair using advanced techniques
• Follow all health and safety standards, including proper equipment sterilization
• Stay up to date on the latest styling trends and techniques
• Recommend and sell haircare products to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Book appointments and manage scheduling
• Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a positive and seamless experience for guests
• Continuously build relationships with guests, providing exceptional customer service

Skills & Requirements
Experience:

• Licensed Stylist or Barber with 1-2 years of experience.
• Graduating Students with ability to obtain a license, encouraged to apply.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED
• Cosmetologist/Barbers must meet state requirements

Certifications & Licenses:
(must have or have the ability to obtain one of these licenses in a timely manner)

• Cosmetology License or Barbering License

Physical:

• Stand long periods

Shift:

• Day Shift
• Occasional Evenings and Saturdays
• Weekdays
